Oconomowoc Volleyball Club 

Karen Tesmer has ten years of coaching club experience and six seasons of coaching at Oconomowoc High School. She has coached at all levels of club starting from 10s up to 15s. She started her coaching journey as her two girls came through the OVBC program and beyond. Karen is dedicated to helping athletes develop both their volleyball skills and their confidence on the court. She is passionate about teaching strong fundamentals, believing that a solid technical foundation is the key to long-term success. Karen strives to create a positive, challenging environment where athletes are encouraged to work hard, compete with integrity, and continually grow. Her greatest reward is helping players discover their potential, build resilience, and develop a lifelong love for the game while becoming the best teammates and competitors they can be.
